Steel Peak seeks low coverage industrial sites with outdoor storage zoning and capitalized values ranging from $5MM to $50MM. We specialize in value-add, re-leasing, sale lease-back, & built-to-suit strategies among others. Steel Peak invests directly and in partnership with high net-worth & institutional investors.
Targeted sites include Contractor/Supplier Bulk Material Yards, Heavy Equipment Dealers & Rental Facilities, Equipment Maintenance Facilities of all types, Container/Trailer Yards, Transload Facilities, Truck Terminals (LTL or TL), and Fleet Storage/Parking Facilities.
